(Ferrous) Iron

At Faratech, our Ferrous Metals Processing division is dedicated to the beneficiation and metallurgical upgrading of iron ores. We support the production of high-grade iron concentrates and pellets for steelmaking, with an emphasis on process efficiency, low emissions, and cost-effectiveness. Our services include:

• Dry and wet grinding and classification
• Magnetic separation (low and high intensities)
• Sulfur, phosphorous or silica reverse flotation
• Concentrate thickening and filtration
• Tailings management, dewatering and water recycling
• Flow sheet development and plant optimization

We assist clients in maximizing Fe recovery while improving impurity removal (silica, sulfur, phosphorous and alumina) for downstream blast furnaces and DRI plants.
